All hiking experiences are held in the Adelaide Hills with trails ranging between Anstey Hill Recreation Park and Sturt Gorge Recreation Park. The Couch to Trails Program includes training in Parks of the Western Suburbs of Adelaide, along the beaches of the Western Suburbs, along the river Torrens and in the Adelaide Hills.

Healthy Self Fitness offers 1-1 Personal Training and small group training out of Premium PT in Mile End.

Premium PT is a functional movement studio in which sessions are undertaken in a welcoming, private, mirror free environment to better help you to focus on what’s important; moving your body no matter where you are!

For Traditional Cultural Kids games, we come to you!

In special circumstances, Mobile PT is also available.

The process starts with a consultation or fitness assessment, depending on your needs.
