1-1 PT & Group sessions


1-1 PT Sessions (Women Only): $80

  • 45 min session with certified trainer.
  • Personalized workout plan includes free fitness assessment.
  • Sessions are conducted at Premium PT, Mile End; a functional movement studio in which sessions are undertaken in a welcoming, private, mirror free environment.

Small Group Training (Buddy Training): $120

  • 45 min group session with certified trainer.
  • Customized sessions, including strength, cardio and or circuit training.
  • Sessions are capped at 4 participants to ensure quality of service.

Hiking and Trail Run Coaching


Walking on Country - $40 pp per session

  • 1 x up to 2-hour hiking session, including yarning circle in the Adelaide Hills.
  • Opportunity to connect with other mob and country while improving the overall health and wellbeing of participants.
  • Trails range from Anstey Hill Recreation Park down to Sturt Gorge Recreation Park. 22 trails to explore in total.
  • Sessions capped at 10 participants to ensure quality of service.

  • 10 Week beginners Couch to Trails Program, a n introduction to trail running for beginners.
  • 1 x 45 min session per week. Various locations; park, beach, River Torrens, and trails in the Adelaide Hills.
  • Women only. Learn to run.
  • Lean breathing and running techniques.
  • Minimum requirement that you can walk briskly for 30 mins.
  • Sessions capped at 10 participants to ensure quality of service.
